Seal is only going to work if we hire exceptional people faster than a company this small should be able to. The constraint is not job posts or process. It is judgment, speed, and follow-through.
As Hiring Manager, you own the system that finds, evaluates, and closes the people who should build Seal. You will work directly with founders and team leads to define the bar for each role, build candidate pipelines, run rigorous processes, and make sure great people never drift because nobody moved fast enough.
This is not a coordination role. You will source candidates yourself, write the messages, run first conversations, pressure-test signals, push interview loops forward, and keep every hiring manager honest about the standard.

You should be unusually good at reading people. You should be fast in writing, fast in follow-up, and willing to chase a great candidate until there is a clear yes or no. You should care about precision: the difference between someone impressive and someone right for Seal matters.
We are a super small team of extremely hard-working people who care very deeply about every detail. We need someone who treats hiring as company-building, not administration.
