A medicine made for every person.

The frontier of medicine is no longer limited by what we can design. It is limited by what we can make. We can design a cell therapy for one patient; the problem is manufacturing, proving, and releasing one for every patient who needs it. That work still runs on paper binders. Seal turns it into executable software in days, and neil learns from every run—so more treatments reach patients, faster. Read the mission →

Open roles

24hr hiring process

  1. 1.

    Fill out the form

The application takes under 60 seconds. Give us three concise bullets with evidence of excellence. Do not prioritise related experience.

  2. 2.

5–30 minute interview with a founder

If we see a potential fit, we’ll message you the same day to arrange an interview. Do not prepare. The format of the interview is unusual and direct: we are trying to figure out as quickly as possible why it might not be a fit. We’ll end the call as soon as we think it isn’t; most interviews last under five minutes. Otherwise, we’ll leave time for your questions and may follow up by phone or WhatsApp with more questions.

  3. 3.

    Offer or work trial

If it’s a yes, we’ll make an offer. Application to decision in under 24 hours, including screening, interview, and follow-up questions. Insane urgency is our first principle, and we’ll expect you to match it. If you’re not currently in a role, we may suggest a work trial first.

Why join Seal

  • The work matters: Turn our mission—a medicine made for every person—into reality.
  • Own part of it: We give significant equity. This decides whether a medicine can be made for every person, or only for some. The people who build it should own it.
  • Small, intense team: You will work with people who care deeply, move quickly, and hold a high bar.
  • Hard problems: AI, biology, manufacturing, quality, regulation, and deployment collide here.

Principles

  • Insane urgency. Compress weeks into hours.
  • No cowardice. Unafraid of having to execute in a tight spot.
  • Don't add process or technology. Find the root cause, see it with your own eyes, and fix it with your own hands.
