1The role
A medicine can now be designed for a single patient, yet proving it was made right still takes years of records, reviews and sign-offs. Seal turns that proof into software, and you make it work on the customer’s manufacturing floor. You can read our mission.
You embed with our customers: in their labs, on their production lines, inside their most critical GxP environments. You deploy the platform, integrate their systems, migrate their data and redesign how they work, mostly on site rather than from a desk.
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
- Go on site and immerse yourself in a customer’s most intricate workflows until you know where the real problems are
- Deploy and configure Seal against live GxP processes—ELN, QMS, LIMS, MES—and own the outcome end to end
- Migrate customers off paper, spreadsheets and legacy systems
- Run training that leads to lasting adoption beyond go-live
- Present results and proposals to rooms ranging from bench scientists to the C-suite
- Develop the product in the field—write the features, integrations and fixes a customer needs while you’re still on site, and feed what you see back into Seal
Success is measured by the confirmed ROI you deliver.
We go to where the problem is. Expect significant travel, around the world, to be on site with the companies bringing new medicines to patients.
You have a deep technical background—engineering, chemical engineering or biology—and ideally experience in quality, automation or life sciences.
If this compels you rather than intimidates you, join us.

224-hour hiring process
- Fill out the form. The application takes under 60 seconds. Give us three concise bullets with evidence of excellence. Do not prioritise related experience.
- Short interview with a founder. If we see a potential fit, we’ll message you the same day to arrange an interview. Do not prepare. The format of the interview is unusual and direct: we are trying to figure out as quickly as possible why it might not be a fit. We’ll end the call as soon as we think it isn’t; most interviews last under five minutes. Otherwise, we’ll leave time for your questions and may follow up by phone or WhatsApp with more questions.
- Offer or work trial. If it’s a yes, we’ll make an offer. Application to decision in under 24 hours, including screening, interview and follow-up questions; if you’re not currently in a role, the decision may be a work trial. Real urgency is our first principle, and we’ll expect you to match it.
