You will hire exceptional engineers and salespeople across the US and UK, and stand up new sales pods in weeks. You find the people, write the messages, run the first conversations, and close. The best people already have jobs — you invent ways to reach them and meet them when they are free, evenings and weekends included. If a great candidate slips away because nobody moved fast enough, that is on you.
You are unusually good at reading people. You are fast in writing, fast in follow-up, and relentless until there is a clear yes or no. You understand physics and engineering well enough to screen for it: explain a Cambridge-level interview question to you once, and you can run it with candidates and judge the answers. You treat hiring as company-building.
