What you'll do
- Call quality and manufacturing leaders at US biotech and pharma companies, on US hours.
- Find out how their team handles that paperwork today, stay calm when they push back, and book a 15-minute meeting with one of our directors.
- Review your calls with the team and get better every week.
What we're looking for
No sales experience needed: we hire for intelligence and how you think on your feet. You'll be calling US companies all day, so you need clear English that sounds natural to American customers on the phone. You must be able to work in person in Belize City.
It's a new team, so there's room to grow: as it gets bigger, the best people will train new hires and help run it.
Pay
BZ$12 an hour (about BZ$2,080 a month), plus BZ$100 for every qualifying meeting you book. Full time, 40 hours a week.
