T-014 transfer gap and trial-readiness assessment
The receiving working volume is 7.5 times the sending volume. That ratio describes scale, not mixing equivalence. Review vessel geometry, operating conditions and the missing scale-up rationale together, then determine whether the proposed side-port sample can address the transfer's acceptance criteria. Record the rationale for any claimed equivalence rather than treating a shared temperature range as sufficient.

Inputs needed for your own records
- The sending-site procedure and process description
- Receiving-site equipment specifications and proposed process
- Recorded transfer requirements and acceptance criteria
The transfer team evaluates comparability and approves trial readiness. Similar equipment descriptions alone do not demonstrate equivalence.
