As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you are embedded directly with our customers—in their labs, on their manufacturing floors, in their most critical GxP environments. You deploy our platform, integrate it with their systems, migrate their data, and configure workflows that re-engineer how they work. You are the hands-on expert who delivers the outcome.
This is not remote support. This is on-site transformation. You will single-handedly digitize and automate a customer's core processes. Your success is not measured by go-live—it is measured by the confirmed ROI you deliver.
We go to where the problem is. You should expect significant travel—around the world—to be onsite with companies changing the world. This is not a role for someone who wants to stay behind a desk.
We are a super small team of extremely hard-working people who care very deeply about every detail. We require a deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology) and experience in quality, automation, or life sciences is highly beneficial.
