What you'll do

As an Implementations Consultant, you will be the bridge between our customers' vision and our platform's power. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and leading the implementation process from start to finish. You'll work directly with customers to configure, customize, and integrate our platform into their unique environments, ensuring they achieve maximum value.

You will be a product expert, a trusted advisor, and a hands-on implementer. Your goal is to ensure our customers have a seamless onboarding experience and are set up for long-term success.

Ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate them into technical solutions
Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions, Implementation, or Forward Deployed)
